Romy Altman is a photographer working across documentary, portrait, and editorial fashion. Born in Berlin and now based in London, her work is rooted in storytelling, creating narrative-driven imagery that captures the beauty in everyday moments and elevates the often overlooked.

With a practice that spans both commissioned and personal projects, she brings a concept-led, detail-oriented approach to every shoot. Working primarily with analogue formats, Romy is also an experienced hand-printer, adding a tactile, process-driven layer to her photographic work.

Alongside her projects, she regularly assists as a leading lighting technician on high-end productions.
